Moodle Docs and Moodle Academy
Moodle Docs (https://docs.moodle.org) is a website that contains lots of helpful information on how to use Moodle. Unfortunately, the website is mostly in English but you can use Google Translate to translate the website into your language of choice.
Moodle Academy is another resource that offers free courses on how to use Moodle. Again, the website is mostly in English but you can use the Google Translate browser extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-translate/aapbdbdomjkkjkaonfhkkikfgjllcleb/RK%3D2/RS%3DBBFW_pnWkPY0xPMYsAZI5xOgQEE-) to translate the website.
DD Courses Support
There's a contact us email form link available in the footer of the DD Courses site.

First click on the grey circle with a question mark and the click on the envelope icon.

A contact form will appear. Fill in the form with your name, email, subject, question or concern then press “send”. A staff member from DD Courses will follow up with you.
Helpful Symbols in Moodle
When you are using Moodle, there are two helpful symbols that can provide helpful information.
One symbol is a blue circle with a question mark. Click on the symbol to learn more information about a specific setting in a course. In the picture below, the blue question mark symbol gives more information about the course name field.
The second symbol is a grey circle with an “i”. When you click on this symbol, you will get more information about a specific resource or activity.
